Sr. Transformation Office Manager (f/m/d)

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders for digital transformation programs.
  • Define program scope, goals, and outcomes in line with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Analyze customer feedback to enhance processes and experiences.
  • Map and optimize processes together with the team using digital solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring smooth change management.
  • Monitor program performance against KPIs and address challenges.
  • Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Generate reports to share progress and insights with senior management.
  • Foster continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback.
  • Overcomes siloed interests by winning hearts and minds of people.
  • Acts as a role model for agile project management and execution excellence.
  • Incorporates agile ways to accelerate transformation speed and quality.
  • Implements standards that leverage workshops, experimentation, and fast learning.
  • Closely work with C-Level and key stakeholders to receive support needed.

Profile

Education

  • Master's Degree in business administration / or technical or an equivalent combination of education

Experience

  • 10 years plus work-related experience in a global function – Digital Transformation.
  • Experienced in leading, growing, and motivating people in global programs.
  • Qualified global project leader in a PMO environment with proven success and change record.
  • Certified in Project Management, Agile – Scrum, Lean Management.
  • Strong Data & Tech, Commercial and Operational expertise
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral, a must
