Automotive Claims Management is a division of the International Automotive Business and Mobility at Helvetia Partnerbusiness & Innovation, part of the Helvetia Group. As the project manager responsible for our automotive business in Europe, its main task is to work together with our global OEM and other partners on all claims-related aspects and, as a result, to help ensure stable and profitable automotive business for Helvetia and the Helvetia Group.

Your responsibility
- Central contact person for claims issues in the International Automotive Business (IAB), which comprises 11 European countries
- Coordination of all claims topics within the IAB and acting as a general claims partner and interface to OEM partners
- Continuation and further development of a Claims Master Plan in line with the Helvetia Partner Strategy and growth targets
- Collaboration in cross-departmental, agile teams to manage existing and develop new automotive and mobility business with our partners
- Preliminary clarification of the legal framework in the cross-border insurance business and its impact on our partners' claims processes
- Collaboration in multi-market tenders and OEM projects for all automotive products
- Bringing the customer perspective to support the development of new business solutions in line with market trends and partners' business needs
Your qualification
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in the areas of (motor) insurance and/or brokerage, specialising in claims
- Basic commercial or insurance-related training with an advanced degree (HF, FH, Uni) in business administration, law, economics or similar
- Excellent knowledge of English and German (written and spoken), other languages an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills are a must (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Intercultural sensitivity and international (professional or academic) experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate and present at different hierarchical levels (internal and external)
- Proven project management skills and experience in complex multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong results-orientation, independent action and entrepreneurial thinking
- Commitment to the highest quality standards and a willingness to address and solve problems
