The Opportunity
The ICCU Life Cycle Team (Immunoassay, Clinical Chemistry, Coagulation, Urinalysis) is part of the RDS (Roche Diagnostics Solution) Customer Area “Near Patient Care” (NPC).
As International Product Manager you are responsible for the management and development of the LumiraDx solution, now part of our NPC portfolio. As a matrix leader, you play a critical role in ensuring all patients are able to get the right result at the right time.This role includes, but it is not limited to:

Identification of to-be-developed assays to further enhance the LumiraDx solution and act as the business representative in the cross-functional development team

Identification of new market and business opportunities based on affiliate needs, market, customer and competitive data analysis for the LumiraDx solution

Drive strategy and implementation of international marketing activities for LumiraDx, based on the medical value strategy; including pre-launch activities, design and implementation of post-marketing activities, message development, and training to affiliates

Deliver commercial information and material needed for the launch of product (e.g. standard presentations and demo scripts)

Support for the marketing activities of the affiliates

Contribute to the creation of competitive differentiated positioning for solutions

Support the regulatory approval, the market access strategy, and the medical promotional strategy development, as well as their implementation, in close collaboration with the Regional and Country Organizations

Represent the voice of customers in selected R&D projects and keep stakeholders informed about progress and status

Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of respective marketing budget

Monitor monthly sales/placements and activity at regions and affiliates

Contribute to / update relevant chapters of Customer / Product Requirement Documents:

Provide product training and tools for regions and affiliates

Support the manager/director in executing strategies and tactics, Annual Operating Plan process, cycle and business review meetings, resource management, and developing business area knowledge.
Who you are

Sound relevant experience in the diagnostics and/or pharmaceutical industry (>5 years)

Excellent leadership & communication skills, able to lead and influence cross-functional teams within a complex global matrix environment

Excellent Marketing and Product Management skills on both, affiliate and international levels
-
Proven strategic thinking & problem-solving skills; proactively co-creating solutions with other stakeholders

Experience and competence in managing budgets and decision-making (incl. profitability)

Profound experience and knowledge of LumiraDx. Having worked at LumiraDx previously is a plus
