The Aircraft Asset Analyst is responsible for the Aircraft Portfolio Analysis, Financial Controlling, Reporting and KPI’s.
*Please note that due to maternity leave we are looking for a temporary replacement with the potential to extend part time.*
- Coordination of financial transactions for aircraft and engine acquisitions and disposals
- Preparation / controlling of the budget for aircraft and engines
- Calculation of mid- and long-term fleet investments and divestments
- Coordination of rental payments for lease aircraft and engines
- Monitoring and analysis of aircraft and engine costs
- Analysis and administration of the aircraft and engine portfolio
- Preparation of regular financial closing activities (i.e. month-end and year-end closings) related to Aircraft Asset Management
- Invoice management (Basware)
- Management of financial reports and KPI’s of aircraft, engines and cabin interior
- Management of / participation in finance-related projects within Aircraft Asset Management and / or SWISS

- Advanced user knowledge of MS-Office products, especially MS Excel
- Bachelor or Master degree in business administration with financial background or work experience in the financial field with relevant further education (accounting or controlling)
- Knowledge of aviation industry / Airline know-how
- Experience with aircraft & engine lease agreements within an airline or a lessor is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage complexity
- Diligent and systematic working approach
- Good English and German knowledge; written and spoken
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-dependence with a proactive attitude
- Driving for results and solutions
- Advanced user knowledge of SAP and AMOS, of advantage
