What will your essential responsibilities include?
· Shaping a vision for our positioning in the Swiss insurance market and developing a hands-on strategy from this vision
· Taking on leadership responsibilities and managing as well as developing a team of experienced Property and Construction underwriters
· Developing and structuring tailor-made solutions for our customers anticipating evolving needs and considering our Underwriting appetite and framework
· Initiating and managing transformation initiatives to elevate the end-to-end customer journey
· Proactively engaging with the global and regional lines of business communitiesto share best practices further advance our global product positioning
· Ownership of P&L and other relevant performance metrics
· Proactively fostering relationships with clients, partners and other AXA entities to shape visibility

We are looking for a senior leader who will be provided with autonomy and empowerment:
· Proven leadership capabilities with ambition to not only shape the future of our Property and Construction positioning but to drive the change in the commercial insurance industry
· Ability to develop and drive teams, leading by example and not shying away from challenging situations
· Deep understanding of Property and Construction lines of businesses, including large customer experience with thorough technical knowledge of underwriting, rating methodologies, wordings and business processes
· Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, efficient and able to work independently by structuring the path forward
· Excellent communication skills in English and German
· Motivated and solution-oriented personality that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and high energy environment
· Eager to develop and maintain relationships with customers, producers and trading partners as well as our international, multi-cultural matrix environment
