This appeals to you
- Lead and manage innovation projects within our Geomatics division
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and on-budget project completion.
- Apply a mix of Simultaneous Engineering and Agile principles to manage project deliverables through all development stages
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, while effectively communicating updates to stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with interrelated teams to optimize project outcomes
- Act as a role model within our organisation and help create a motivating environment where team members can develop and utilise their full potential to deliver high quality products
This is you
- 4+ years of experience leading complex development projects, with knowledge of hardware and software development (preferably in the field of mechanics, electrics, optics or related field)
- Experience in industrial sensor/device development and with Embedded Software (Operating System: Linux, WinCE)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical/electrical design, computer science, or a related field.
- A motivating leader who fosters team collaboration, cultivates a positive work environment, and effectively manages conflicts.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
