Our team is made up of more than +65 talented people between our offices in Switzerland (Lausanne and Zurich).
To support our Client Success Team in Zurich, we are looking for an Intern for 6 months. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and make a real impact while helping us scale our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Initiate contact and support new clients through a smooth transition, working closely with the Business Development team.
- Client Support & Engagement: Help clients understand the full range of Swibeco's offerings, providing relevant guidance, training, and ongoing support.
- Sales & Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with HR Managers and Directors in leading Swiss companies, selling and implementing solutions that enhance employee benefits programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to translate client needs into innovative solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Client Feedback & Improvement: Collect and act on client feedback, continuously improving our services to ensure a loyal and engaged client base.
Requirements
Who we are looking for
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field.
- You have prior internship experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably a startup).
- You are fluent in both English and German (Swiss German is a plus), any additional language skills (French and/or Italian) being also appreciated.
- You are comfortable interacting with clients and can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- You have excellent relationship-building skills and a keen understanding of client needs.
- You are dynamic, proactive, and have strong organizational and time management skills, able to work autonomously while contributing to team success.
- You have a "can-do" attitude, are a quick learner, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You are available to start immediately.
