Our main markets are the Pharma, Chemical, Food and Testing Lab industry for R&D, Quality Control and Scale-up/Pre-production workplaces.In order to ensure the steady growth of the Laboratory Weighing Unit and to guarantee always a high product quality, we are looking for a goal- and strategically oriented Product Manager Embedded Software 80 – 100% (all genders).In this role, your responsibilities include: You take full ownership of the embedded software of METTLER TOLEDO’s entire Excellence laboratory balance portfolioYou analyze and understand the lab instrument software customer needs (depending on segment, workflows and applications), market situation and trends, deriving relevant requirementsYou develop the software solution strategy based on customer requirements in our target markets and ensure continuous improvements to enable instrument growthYou develop value propositions for current and new software solutions and drive product development projects in close collaboration with R&D and existing software and projectsYou promote software solutions actively at market organizations with a value selling type of approach, including related sales and marketing tools as well as trainings, events and market introduction for an effective execution and successful portfolio promotionYou work in conjunction with business area managers and sales force to ensure two-way communication between product management and market organizationsYou strengthen software solutions as key differentiator within the portfolio and for competitive positioning
