Your mission
In the ESC Show team, we are looking for an End-of-Show Production Assistant who will work closely with the End-of-Show Producer. Fluency in English is essential for this role. The assignment will last approximately 25 days, from March to May 17th. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You work closely with the "End of Show Produer" in his team as a production assistant. The End of Show Producer is responsible for the result parts of the 3 shows; this is up to a full hour of intense television with live feeds from 38 countries
- You assist the End of Show Producer with setting up and managing meetings with Jury spokespersons from 38 countries
- You assist with and oversee the script process for all Jury spokespersons
- You oversee and coordinate communication regarding voting etc. with the EBU and the voting partner Once
- You are keeping track of the End of Show Producer's schedule
- You have an open mind for other challenges that might appear
Your profile
- You have experience in this or a similar job during a live production (can be show, TV, theater, etc.)
- You are a teamplayer and you are used to working in an international environment
- You have good communication skills. You speak and write English fluently, other language skills are welcome
- You are well organized and able to multitask. You like to work precisely and you are good with basic computer tasks such as excel, calendars, email etc.
- You are flexible and you stay cool even in stressful situations. You are ok with odd working hours and have no problem with last minute changes
