We are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a leading Insurance client of ours based in Zurich. This exciting opportunity will involve working on a large-scale Digital Transformation project, where you will be instrumental in delivering proper change management and adoption activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage change initiatives across a major Digital Transformation program, ensuring seamless adoption by the business and its people.
- Experienced driving change across an organisation.
- Partner with business & IT stakeholders to understand project goals, target audiences, and potential change impacts.
- Design, implement, and oversee change management strategies / plans to drive organisational and cultural shifts.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to understand the impact of transformation and develop tailored communication and training strategies.
- Organise & facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes, technologies, and work-flows.
- Manage resistance to change by identifying concerns, addressing them proactively, and fostering a culture of open communication.
- Provide leadership and guidance to change champions and teams throughout the transformation journey.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager, with a strong track record of managing large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience within the Re-insurance, Insurance, or Consulting sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives and how to manage both business and people change effectively.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of an organisational, including Head of Transformation.
- Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, or similar).
The role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement and is a long-term contract position.
