ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
The Group Key Account Team Lead (GKAM) is responsible for the business results of the Key Accounts under his stewardship. It is his/her responsibility to realize the marketing and sales strategies whilst offering a high level of customer support. The GKAM and his/her team manage the customer relationship in pro-active and competent way and drive the continuous development of our market position and the market presence of our products.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Leading customer portfolio sales team for all CCHBC categories.
· Accountable for all customer specific operational and strategic aspects of the business relationship (internal or external)
· Development of channel/customer growth strategy in close partnership with commercial excellence & marketing teams
· Accountable for customer specific investment strategy, together with SKAM/KAM
· Lead negotiator for top retail banners and close advisor to Head of Key Account for group & international negotiations.
· Main internal sparring partner for respective channel matters towards other departments (Commercial Excellence, Field Sales Force Management, Commercial Finance, Marketing & Supply Chain)
· Leads x-functional projects related to customers and/or channels.
· Business result (NSR, NSR/UC, Promo-ROIs, P&L, Execution KPIs ..) responsibility for defined customer portfolio; Deploy and drive country strategy on customer level x-functionally aligned and provide regular reviews for further optimization (e.g. BPMS, GM reports etc.)
· Manage yearly annual agreements, lead customer negotiations (e.g. list price increases etc). Lead all business-related topics, develop, and negotiate growth plans and concepts and drive x-functional alignment. Final responsibility for setting up customer plans, volume (NSR-) planning as well as promo-plan.
· Internal alignment on all strategic customer projects and participation in group project teams (e.g., OBPPC, RGM, RTM, RCG, RED, Merchandising Agency etc.) as well as preparation, conduction and leading of discussions and meetings.
· Further drive and develop customer relationship through continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, introduction of concepts like JBP and JVC to capture future potential of common growth and value creation.
· Team management and development for Key Account Managers (P4G, IDPs, feedback & coaching sessions)
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
· Completed bachelor’s degree (University/FH)
· At least 3 years of work experience on similar positions
· Experience in Key Account Management of major customers in the Swiss consumer goods market (FMCG)
· Strong leadership skills and coaching abilities
· Strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking & acting with a strong understanding of sales and financial key figures.
· Dynamic personality with a high degree of independence, social competence, flexibility, and drive
· Strong sales and negotiation skills
· Trustworthy and ambitious negotiating partner with strong assertiveness and persuasiveness
· Able to build, coach & develop sales/key account managers
· German & English
