INNOMEDICA IS A YOUNG NANOTECH COMPANY with over 50 employees, a number of promising drugs in preclinical and clinical development and its own clean room production. The pipeline is based on a liposomal delivery system and includes particular applications in the fields of oncology (tolerable chemotherapy) and neurology (new approach to treat Parkinson's disease).

As part of the Quality Assurance (QA) team you will responsible in a shared position with the strategic manager quality assurance for maintaining and expanding the pharmaceutical quality system. The focus is on compliance with Swiss and European GMP guidelines.
Your responsibilities include:
• Management of GMP documentation and ensuring compliance with national and international standards
• Responsibility for a small team
• Responsibility for the internal audit and inspections by authorities
• Responsibility for preparing batch documentation for certification by the responsible person for clinical trials
• Participating in core quality assurance tasks, for example writing and reviewing deviation, CAPAs, change requests, SOPs, qualifications, and validations
• Active involvement in interdepartmental projects teams (process engineering, production, quality control)
As prerequisites for this exciting and challenging job, we expect a university degree (e.g. biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy). Existing practical work experience in a GMP environment of at least 5 years is required. You have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in leading a small team. You are an analytical thinker and maintain the overview even in hectic situations. You show initiative and entrepreneurial spirit and are excited to participate in the dynamics of an innovative start-up company. You are fluent in English and knowledge of German or French is beneficial.
