Your contribution to KPMG
- Be responsible for Inbox-, calendar- and time management as well as travel planning for our auditors
- Plan internal and external meetings, including all relevant bookings and on-site support
- Support in the preparation of audit reports, invoices, and correspondence
- Be local contact for IT and facility management inquiries and manage the reception and welcome desk as well
- Compose presentations in PowerPoint and create tables and evaluations in Excel
- Maintain and upkeep the CRM
- Take on deputy role for other team members in the Back Office
This is what makes you successful
- More than 4 years of professional experience in the administrative field
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Fluent in Italian with excellent communication abilities in English and optimal knowledge of German
- Service-oriented approach and a strong "can-do" attitude
- Detail-oriented and conscientious working style, with the ability to quickly analyze and understand information
- Resilient, responsible, and flexible person with the ability to think ahead
- True team player with the ability to work independently
