Your new challenge

As the trusted service provider leader in Switzerland, SwissSign provides a wide range of trust services, from widely deployed technologies such as certificates and digital signatures to emerging concepts such as Self Sovereign Identity (SSI). As part of the delivery team, it will be up to you to understand which solution fits best customer requirements, propose implementation concept and execute it, coordinate effort with our development team and ensure delivery quality and time constraints.As Customer Success Engineer, you have a mix of both technical and human skills allowing you performing a unique blend of human interactions and tech support. You will be a keystone on which a customer can rely to lead its project to success. This starts from pre-sales activities to understand customer needs to the implementation of it for a successful go live. But your task will continue long after the go live as you will be the key contact for any further support, requirement or business analysis.You will join a small but fast-growing team that serves our customers mainly in Switzerland but with international connection. Very active in the financial industries, you will evolve in a highly regulated context for demanding customers where you sense of initiative and result oriented mindset would make the difference.

An overview of your tasks

  • Technical presales activities along with the sales team (meeting and RFP)
  • Project management and consulting
  • On-prem architecture definition
  • Manage product installation, support and maintenance
  • Translation of business needs to technical feature with product managers
  • Work to improve and promote customer retention

What you bring along

  • University/technical college degree in computer science or comparable
  • 8+ years of professional software implementation
  • 5+ years of project management and customer facing missions
  • Proven proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proven proficiency with PKI and network concept
  • Proven proficiency of project management
  • Trust budling mindset and problem-solving oriented
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in French or German and English
