You will:
- Understand, analyze, and document perceived opportunities and business / functional requirements against market trends and existing/required processes / organization.
- Provide input for business case creation and resource planning.
- Driving early business/functional designs, high level solutioning sessions and high-level assessment in terms of efforts (resources, time, budget, skills). Assess ressources requirements and development timeline.
- Design, propose and translate new requirements and enhancement to the solutions into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translating business needs into relevant solutions in line customer objectives and IT strategy and work with the other IT teams (development, architecture, integration, infrastructure, security, etc.) to assist on developing technical requirements.
- Prepare quality assurance measures with the quality test team in accordance with the specified requirements to translate the impact of solutions to the business.
- Ensure with the architecture/data teams the good/compliant Integration of new solutions to existing IT landscape, replacement of local solutions by global systems when required.
- Responsible for the test scope respect in accordance with the functional and non-functional needs defined during the design phasis.
- Holder of a higher education degree in computer science or equivalent ITIL V4 Certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position in IT Department or R&D department.
- Knowledge of cross-industrial processes is a significant asset to succeed in the role.
- Knowledge of Research and Development product processes is a requirement.
- Familiarity with Autodesk tools (Vault, Inventor) and with other CAD tools in the Market (Solidworks) is a plus.
- Knowledge of simulation and CAM tools is a plus.
- Able to work in a dynamic and under construction environment where priorities are frequently assessed.
- Good communication level, able to communicate with IT profiles, Business manager/ director or business expert.
- Proficient in French and have good oral and written English skills.
