Your role:
Baxter is looking for a Sr. HR. Benefits Analyst to join the organization. The position will be responsible for providing HR Analyst support primarily for US and Puerto Rico retirement benefit programs. The Sr. HR Analyst will partner with external vendors and internal teams to support retirement benefits communications, data integrity and accuracy, and timely operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and support US & PR retirement benefits, including vendor integrations, data integrity & accuracy, administration, required disclosures, and monitoring support e-mail inbox.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve results, research and resolve ad hoc data issues, and internal and external inquiries.
- Develop, monitor, and redesign processes and procedures (SOPs) for accurate and timely benefit administration.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for employee issue escalation and day-to-day plan administration.
- Primary support for plan funding and vendor invoice billing management.
- Assist in design development, launch, and communications for retirement benefits, M&A benefit integrations, divestures including TSAs, and assessments of current program design and assessment within market competitors.
- Lead audits, year-end activities, compliance and project support (RFP, De-Risking, etc.), and supporting other HR initiatives development of retirement benefits.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of retirement benefits experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to drive operational excellence, support multiple team members, communicate effectively and promote teamwork.
- Effective communications, both written and oral. Disciplined in work approach and execution of responsibilities.
- Ability to learn, adapt, prioritize, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Office and HR Systems (e.g., Workday).
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of US Benefits, with a focus on ERISA, COBRA, etc.
- Experience working with Leadership Team members, People Managers and employees working in a variety of locations (field, corporate, global).

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location.
