WinGD is looking for a

Manager Field Service Engineers

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Field Service team (Field Service Engineers, Technical- and Admin Coordintor).
  • Review and respond to the field inquiry. Leading the review and consulting it with superior or/and related dep’t & customer.
  • Project Planning and Execution. Establish the project plan and execute it by professionally assigning resources. (e.g. Job card, team works across the team). Lead collaboration activities with relevant departments to ensure seamless project execution and accurate technical shooting.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting. Help and lead the field activities through cooperation with superior and related departments.
  • Documentation and Reporting. Review the field feedback and coordinate it according to the work process.
  • Supporting decision-Making. Provide accurate feedback (report) and support the decision-making process.

Requirements:

  • Higher education. Degree (BsC Mech &/or Elect. Engineering) with sound experience as a Service Engineer or Commissioning Engineer and knowledge of Marine 2 stroke engine including related equipment.
  • Degree in engineering. Good experience and knowledge of Marine 2stroke engine especially WinGD engines including related equipment (iCER, WiDE, SCR of advantage).
  • Field Experience and understanding of shipyard & engine factory processes. Proven experience and ability in engine & machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. Particularly with shipboard systems or marine 2-stroke engines are highly desirable.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills. Proven experience and ability in technical leadership, team management and project coordination. Demonstrating the ability to lead engineers and collaborate effectively with subcontractors.
  • Project Management. Well-understanding and leading the field activity in safety standards, cost management and proactive approach (problem solving).
  • Knowledge in MS office applications.
  • Fluent in English, any other foreign language is an advantage.
