Tasks:

• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance metrics
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to improve supply chain processes, which may involve analyzing current procedures, pinpointing inefficiencies, and devising strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Recommend improvements to supply chain processes based on data-driven insights
• Technology Utilization: Leverage technology and data analytics to gain insights and make informed decisions to enhance supply chain performance
• Best Practices: Understand industry trends and their impact on the supply chain in terms of big data, AI, and the digital supply chain
• Risk Management: Analyze potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Project Management: Manage and participate in analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis and business analytics within a supply chain context
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in analytics software, including SQL, Python, R, and similar programming languages
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluent in German and fluent in English for business purposes
