For support in the crew training department we are looking for a Deputy Crew Safety Training Manager who will support the Crew Safety Training Manager in designing and developing training standards and ensure that Cabin Crew Training is conducted in a high quality, efficient and compliant manner.

  • You ensure the proper implementation of outsourced safety, security and medical training to LAT Switzerland according to SWISS syllabi and training standards.
  • You actively participate in the development and further improvement of training standards in cooperation with LAT, but also within the Lufthansa Group.
  • You will support the NPCT and CSTM during internal and external audits.
  • You take part in standardisation and regular evaluation of trainers/instructors working for SWISS.
  • You will attend coordination meetings among all relevant stakeholders for cabin crew training.
  • You support in administrative matters and planning coordination of training courses.
  • Furthermore, you will be involved in interesting multilateral projects for SWISS and Lufthansa Group Airlines.

  • Well qualified Maître de Cabine of FA3
  • University degree or comparable qualification is an advantage
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of crew training, knowledge in aviation law (EASA, national authorities)
  • Analytical and structured thinking skills, good cooperation and communication skills, confident appearance, teamplayer, empathy, above-average commitment, ability to work under pressure, flexibility
