Key Responsibilities as the Payroll Specialist:

• Manage outsourced payroll vendors across multiple countries, including the UK, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, and others.
• Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits regulations while collaborating closely with HR and Finance teams.
• Handle complex payrolls, including bonuses, allowances, and other benefits, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain and improve payroll processes, ensuring they remain efficient and compliant.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to address payroll-related queries and ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Monitor and ensure data accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, reporting requirements, and regulations.

Key Qualifications:

• Extensive payroll experience, (experience with Continental European payroll is a plus).
• Strong technical skills in payroll systems, including report building and Excel.
• Experience in outsourced payroll processing and vendor management.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of French is a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate with various teams (HR, Finance) and work effectively across functions.
