Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA) is a leading alternative investment group and a wholly owned subsidiary of Pictet with expertise in hedge funds, private equity, real estate and private debt. With teams based globally, PAA constructs, manages and advises portfolios of alternative investment solutions for institutional and private clients.


 


Pictet has high growth ambitions for PAA for the coming years, notably to expand its product and solution offering as well as further develop its institutional and intermediary client base. In view of these developments, PAA is looking to hire an Intern - Client Solutions to join the Product & Business Development team.


 


Our dynamic Product & Business Development team consists of 13 dedicated professionals located across Europe and Asia, specializing in Product Strategy & Development, Product Marketing, Client Solutions, and Alternative Investments.
 


Your role


 


As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting client solutions and initiatives. Key responsibilities:


 



  • Coordinating Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).

  • Conducting Market Screening for alternative investment solutions.

  • Working closely with internal teams including investment, investor relations, legal, compliance, and distribution.

  • Managing requests primarily from Institutional, Intermediary, and Private Wealth clients.

  • Assistin distributors with client onboarding and servicing processes.


Your profile


 



  • University degree in Finance from a top-tier university.

  • Relevant work or internship experience in asset management, audit, client servicing, or sales support.

  • Strong interest in alternative investments.

  • Excellent project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently.

  • Creative, technical, and problem-solving mindset.

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and deliver impactful messages through presentations.

  • Driven, possesses positive energy, and is a team player.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

  • Must be a resident of Switzerland or willing to relocate.
