In your role as a internship in Flex-Pooling Portfoliomanagement, you will gain valuable experience in operating and managing Axpo's Flex-Pool all over Europe, and contribute to the success of several exciting projects. With your skills, we're reaching our goals even better and faster and you can enjoy our freedom and flexibility to implement your own ideas and solutions.

What you will do:

• Help us merge the existing Flex-Pools at Axpo and realize synergies within the different asset types
• Optimally allocate the flexibility of Axpo's Flex-Pool to different markets (ancillary services, Intraday, Spot. Peak-Shaving etc.)
• Develop and maintain tools for the automation of our market processes
• Monitor the quality of our provided services
• Capture of billing-relevant information for our Flex-Pooling customers
• Help us expand our flexibility pool in Europe

What you bring & who you are:

• You have a ETH / University degree in natural-economy with a good understanding in business economics
• You have knowledge in using Matlab / R / VBA / Python as well as databases
• You are interested in understanding the European flexibility market and its development
• You are an open-minded person with great curiosity for new stuff
• You speak fluently German and English, French is a plus
