Your Tasks

• Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with Customers
• Collaborating with clients' maintenance teams to provide recommendations and support for proactive maintenance activities
• Working with internal teams to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Reviewing data collected from aircraft to identify potential issues
• Following up with Customers for rapid return to service
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of clients' businesses to better serve their needs

With this you convince us

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering, Data Analytics or Business Analytics, broad aerospace background advantageous, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
• Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Proficiency with IT Tools: Microsoft, SAP, PowerBI, etc.
• Fluent English language skills are required, proficiency in German considered advantageous
• A Team player, who is highly motivated and focused on customer satisfaction and business development, based in Stans, occasional travel required and need to be flexible with working hours
