As Management Cabin Crew Planning you are responsible for steering the mid- and long-term cabin crew capacity by balancing crew efficiency, crew satisfaction and operational flexibility. Together with your job-sharing partner you will foster data-driven decision-making within Cabin Crew Planning.

• Drive strategic and operational capacity planning and optimization for cabin crews from long-term to mid-term planning
• Defining the demand for cabin crew member for the upcoming years
• Support cabin planning regarding absence management and monthly crew rostering
• Ensure compliance of crew planning and the associated processes with all governmental, contractual and company regulations
• Further develop crew planning processes fostering innovation, integration and best usage of crew management systems
• Compile analyses and define reports for strategic decision making
• Engage with stakeholders, build trust and foster mutual transparency to anticipate change and proactively explore business opportunities
• Deputy Head of Cabin Crew Planning in shared position as 50% of the contract

• University degree in economics, business administration, aviation or similar education
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Solid knowledge of the airline industry, especially flight operations, is a strong asset
• Ability to act holistically with an economic focus in a complex environment
• Structured, autonomous and diligent working
• High degree of self-initiative, willingness and reliability
• Team-player with strong communication and social skills
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills; must be competent at writing and illustrating analyses and presentations
• High oral and written English language skills, German language skills is a strong asset
