Very old-fashioned and dry application process, which is of little to no use. The whole thing could be made a little more modern and also handled more promptly. The HR manager hardly ever got in touch (only after asking me several times), which didn't suggest any great interest or appreciation on my part. The self-image of an employer market still prevails here. This company should understand as quickly as possible that employees today should make more of an effort to attract potential employees.
