a number and nothing else
Only the numbers count. No appreciation for mechanics. Management people hold on to their chairs, there is a lack of social competence.

Very long reaction time
AMAG's HR department takes a very long time to respond to applications. I think in the age of performance HR / CPA this should go a bit faster...

Well meant, poorly implemented
AMAG as an employer is a great company. The values are right, structures are recognisable and the way employees are treated is usually nice. Nevertheless, there are positions at the management level that have not made the leap into the 20th century and that slow down everyone and everything with the burned-in work attitude. Unfortunately, the key positions and thus the progress and innovation are gone. A settlement would be long overdue.

Too much in disarray tendency unfortunately rising.
This works well in the company
AMAG is highly profitable and (still) has a good reputation as a competent car company and unfortunately also as a good employer.
This could be improved
- Promotion of the social competence of the management (today simply no longer recognizable). - Promotion of esteem towards employees and trading partners. - Perception of social responsibility as an employer by more than 5,500 employees. - End the stingy wage policy. - Improvement of social benefits to the level of a successful company. - Dignified contact with MA over 55. These are dismissed in series. - Rethink the significance of the mutation gains of the in-house pension fund.

esteem
AMAG is a fair employer that values its employees. Hire and Fire is not culture at AMAG.

Immature behaviour
This works well in the company
2 times applied for. 2 times the position was not filled, resp. deleted. Have experienced these circumstances from the network of relationships, or have never received a refusal. Big announcements about future strategy, unclear, reliable statements. Overall very immature impression which reminds more of a Start-Up. Since approx. 1 year the image suffers enormously with branch insiders. What a pity, it used to be a respected enterprise.
This could be improved
More on facts than on castles in the air. At least inform applicants about the cancellation of the position.

Former employee
Part-time work not possible
Although AMAG always relies on flexible working models - part-time work is not possible - which is unvollstellbsr today

Conservative in the inner core, wage transparency 0.
wage transparency and successful HR for retaining key personnel is lacking. The former doesn't exist. Your older or younger, later recruited employee can earn significantly more although he does not have the same functions. Promotes too little above-average commitment. Much is still decided under the hand and contractually determined. Pleasant atmosphere and good handling. Many projects. Depending on the area, very well trained colleagues or mostly historically grown=not agile. I only recommend the employer if the position and the income are right. For many alumni, AMAG's experience has paid off very well, but unfortunately it is best not to choose a high internal income right from the start as it does not rise sharply afterwards and they are tied to the percentage increase in wages.
