In a first personal interview, the person, expectations and skills were reviewed and the position including requirements were presented. Between the interviews, communication was open and constructive and the next steps were discussed. In the end, the above-mentioned position was given to another candidate, but the contact and interest in my person remained on the part of Roger Germ. Roger Germ continued to support me.
