This assessment is based on self-made experiences from 2 application processes, which were almost identical. Contact already 21 days after dispatch of the application and only once follow-up, with following invitation to the discussion. Date was postponed only once (due to urgent short term). Welcoming and farewell professional, premises and golf equipment are very appealing, appearance of the employees very neat and valuable.

A short acknowledgement of receipt within 24 hours and then either a rejection or invitation within 1 to 2 weeks would be desirable. The advertisement on Jobs.ch is very generic and for months always exactly the same, a reference to a real job would save a lot of time and displeasure. The questions in the conversation were very superficial and the next question followed before I was finished with the answer. After 5 minutes of conversation, I realized that my profile was unsuitable for this position, but would fit very well for another position, unfortunately something completely different. More esteem for the candidates would be very desirable. All in all, this was an undercooled, superficial and lowly esteemed encounter.
