Regular discussions about one's own ideas and goals help to adapt one's own development wishes to the goals. Various further training courses (approx. 2 times a year) strengthen the competence development.

The documentation in some areas is somewhat outdated. An up-to-date documentation helps a lot with self-study, but you have the possibility, if you have studied the areas and processes, to update them yourself.
