Interesting Interview - and job description. Well informed about the needs of the company and the position to be filled. Application process well structured with excellent support from PETRAG. I can highly recommend to work with that company. Unfortunately, at the end of the day - didn't get the job. Anyhow, had a very nice experience with PETRAG.

I was very well prepared for the presentation dates (appearance, clothing, questions, topics, etc.). Seem to know their client very well.

Unfortunately, in the end the job was not awarded to me, but to someone else - decision of the employer...

I was kept informed transparently, the processes seem to work. I particularly appreciated the support before and after starting the job.

Caregivers partly not available, because obviously very busy. 1x the deputy was able to help and the other times the callback came promptly within a reasonable period of time.

Very well prepared interviews. Good knowledge of the position to be filled or the client. Pleasant and very discreet meeting rooms. Easy to reach by public transport and by car. Broadly diversified customer portfolio.

It would be nice if board memberships were also offered. According to PETRAG HR AG, however, this is still under construction.

Pleasant discussion atmosphere, professional discussion management, in-depth knowledge of the initial situation with the customers.

The recruitment process has been somewhat lengthy in the final phase.
