Working from home, I couldn't stand it there five days a week. Nothing else.

The working atmosphere was extremely stressful for me and the constant tension in the office made it almost impossible to work undisturbed. There was a lack of an open communication culture, which meant that problems could not be discussed and solved objectively. My recommendations for improvement would be to promote a culture of open communication where employees can express their opinions without fear of repercussions. Management should critically question their decisions, give employees more room for personal responsibility and creativity and adopt a more cooperative approach. I found the working atmosphere extremely stressful, especially due to the pressure that the managing directors were constantly increasing. Despite their efforts to create a 'family feeling', in my opinion only one side benefited from this. The work-life balance was problematic for me due to a lot of work and a lack of paid breaks. Internal career progression was limited and the salaries seemed more like 'pain and suffering' with minimal benefits. Environmental and social awareness were not apparent, and the only bright spot was the cohesion of employees working together to try to keep themselves and the company afloat. I found the supervisors' behavior tragicomic, with a lack of unity and a tendency towards emotional drama rather than rational discussion. In terms of working conditions, working from home has been a positive development since Corona, but communication within the company was opaque. Praise was given sparingly, while mistakes were celebrated and finger-pointing was practiced. The projects were interesting, but tightly calculated, and the involvement of the management strongly influenced my room for my own ideas and personal development.
