No stress, no pressure to earn money. The parent company seems to have enough reserves.

The company has become sluggish. You can go home at any time - sometimes (especially on Fridays) everyone is already at the weekend or working from home. More courage to try new things would be nice.

- on the same hierarchy level, most teams have a fairly good team spirit - friendly colleagues, young, dynamic team - fair social benefits - decent employee discounts on rental cars - good image internationally

- steep hierarchy, decisions are made top down - no room for professional or personal improvement and advancement - salaries are not competitive - most managers are bosses, not leaders - promises about development within the company (raises/education/promotion) are mostly ignored later on - overtime is hard to get compensated, under-time gets deducted automatically - new facilities needed

The interview was very professional which is very exemplary. Great company with a lot of potential.

Unfortunately, it has not worked for years with payroll accounting, despite several inquiries to the personnel department. Unfortunately always to the advantage of the company. Very high staff turnover.

I was very well informed, had a clear picture of the tasks. The manager was very nice and friendly, I felt comfortable in the interview.

After almost two years with the company, I am still fully convinced of Hertz as an employer. The tasks in everyday professional life are challenging, at the same time extremely varied and exciting. The personal strengths of the employees are always taken into account when assigning tasks - anyway, the focus is on the individual and not just on performance. Nevertheless, one is not only challenged, but also encouraged, not least thanks to the attentive and committed superiors.

The young, dynamic working climate is contrasted by the rather old systems and sometimes somewhat deadlocked processes. There is certainly room for improvement here.
