This works well in the company

I really like the atmosphere in the Worldline, if I need help there is always someone ready to help me. I don't have any stress, because here you are also flexible if something doesn't work as it should.

This could be improved

Basically everything works very well in this company, I am satisfied.

This works well in the company

Friendly work environment. This of course depends on the colleagues within ones own team, but in general it seems people are open, helpful and relatively optimistic. Salary is fair and there is a bonus component for all levels, which I have not seen in other companies. What else I like: nice fringe benefits (public transport benefit / extra child support benefit beyond what's legally required / free medical check up every 2 years), flexible working hours, no micro-managing, home office possibilities, open to new ideas, decent canteen.

This could be improved

The payment industry is a fast paced industry and that is reflected in the company. It favours self-starters. If you prefer someone holding your hand every step of the way, this might not be for you but if you like change, with all its opportunities, you've come to the right place. It's a big international company and communication can be a challenge. The company's name is not yet established enough in Switzerland. People rarely recognise the name when I tell them where I work.
