We are undergoing change and things are still under construction - but I can help to change them.

Improvements: everywhere Supervisors: partly inexperienced in the position and in the field of activity, very busy so that normal activities have to take a back seat. Employees: Whatever is possible and cheap is hired, so the quality is in decline. Working atmosphere: Suggestions are ignored, warnings are ignored until it just rattles :). Exodus of all experienced employees: in all departments. The company has zero interest in ending this. Wages poor for the experience and activities in contrast to the competition - hence migration to the competition. Communication: non-existent or, if present, as silent mail (child's play) :) so that something different comes out than originally said. Employees: make up their own rules, no uniform rules or they are simply changed.

Collegiality in the team was very good. However, since the team was torn apart, there has been a lack of cooperation.

Replace the leadership and it will work. Togetherness is writ large on the outside, but internally there's a pecking order. Allotment garden thinking. ..
