The employees in the office try extremely hard to stick together and work together as a team. This is not always possible because it is not encouraged. At the headquarters in Denmark, the working atmosphere is good, but the country offices, including Switzerland, are managed differently than at headquarters.

The products, as well as the marketing are very good. Working atmosphere is not the best, I see the problem with the management. There are many changes, which is demotivating.
