There is a pleasant, familiar working atmosphere. I was very well introduced, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The decision-making processes are fast and uncomplicated. Very generous in supporting further training.

I am very satisfied and don't know at the moment what I would improve.

All the colleagues are nice. The clinic is very nice. The rooms are very nice. Good anesthesia. Nice reception. Nice emergency.

We constantly have to change the stations only so that all resources are exploited. Colleagues are dismissed too quickly and too hard. It'll be quick. Disappointing to me. I don't understand the other reports. Our station lines also have to withstand a lot. We have too few and expensive parking spaces. That should be changed. The pay goes like this.

Pleasant working atmosphere, one feels taken seriously as a person and as an employee. The application process was very detailed. Detailed questions about the personal motivation were asked, but also an insight into the potential and future work was given. These processes took place very carefully and politely.

The introduction day, which is in itself very employee-friendly, is a little too intensive.

The clinic offers a family atmosphere despite the economic conditions in the health care system. The employees are friendly and there is a respectful and pleasant atmosphere. The infrastructure is modern and the services (wages, social benefits, health prevention) are good. Despite the economic stumbling blocks, the clinic continues to be run successfully, so I'm glad, I don't have to worry about my job - there's a lot going on, which is very challenging.

I think some of the superiors might need a course in leadership again. Some information is not passed on so well - but that varies from very good to rather less good.

Beautiful hospital in the middle of a quarter easily accessible with public funds. Emergency ward is a great offer for patients. Very polite staff at the base. Nice changing rooms for staff.

Wage, parking space situation, employee leadership - too much is expected, staff rotation makes the teams tired, magazine here should be more available, employee appreciation

The private clinic is well known in Basel, one of three large private clinics. I started here because the character of working here was different from working in a university hospital. Family, everyone knows everyone.

Today, unfortunately, the character is almost gone. It makes no difference between a private clinic and a university hospital. We have less and less time for the care of the patients, the pressure has increased a lot. The material provided is also adequate. Patient care must be economical. The climate is unfortunately not as good as it used to be. It seems whoever doesn't keep up has to go. Yeah, there's a lot of upside potential here.

The Merian Iselin Clinic has a very good infrastructure and is tip top oriented. The rooms of the Privatsttion are beautifully large and comfortable. That makes working easy.

In the upper management of the employees, especially in nursing. There is a lot of control and little transfer of competence.
