Structures, functioning processes and systems are non-existent in this company. Employees don't get a chance to change anything, because they are permanently forced to work "quick & dirty" to fulfill the orders from above. Accordingly, there is no success. Of course, the employees are to blame for this and are therefore replaced at regular intervals. The procedure is to search covertly for potential successors via recruitment agencies. Once a suitable person has been found, the employee is dismissed and a new one is hired. After a few months the game starts all over again, again the lack of success is due to the employee. Unimaginable conditions and that for at least two years now.
The working atmosphere is characterized by mistrust towards the employees (because they are to blame if things don't go well - see also "I think it's bad of the employer") and pressure. Work orders are given in a commanding tone. Processes, structures and functioning systems are non-existent and nothing is done to change this, as an authoritarian management style prevails. Suggestions for improvement from employees are not welcome. Employees are only supposed to deliver.
The behavior of the supervisor is subterranean: Tasks are given in a commanding tone by email with concrete specifications of the time by which they must be completed. If the results do not meet the expectations of the managers, the employees are accused of mistakes and employees are forced to make presentations according to the managers' ideas. If employees are new and make proactive suggestions, these are rejected if the managers do not like them. In the end, employees are accused of not meeting their goals.
