For young and old
This works well in the company
It is possible to rise quickly in the company. For young people, it's good for improving their resumes. It is therefore only advantageous to take up employment if you need experience, in part-time work, or if you are older and are waiting for retirement. I definitely recommend fixed surveillance. Protection and cause is a disaster. In the beginning you are paid by the hour and this is exploited excessively, you have to prove yourself in the beginning and challenge yourself afterwards!
This could be improved
Better training of agents. Better payment on holidays and Sundays. Form long-term teams on objects. Appreciation of the MA

bad management, mobbing in alarm centre Altstetten
- Very poor working conditions - A fairy tale of lies at the job interview by professional swindlers - Wage level poor to very poor (for shift operation) - Mobbing comes from employees at management level (team "colleagues", team leader/connection service/human resources department) - unmotivated colleagues - miserable team spirit

Miserable Firma
For years you give everything for the company and in the end you achieve nothing, because they promise you something again and again and then they push it out and push it out and so on... Inefficient superior, miserable team cohesion, daily mobbing (also from management level)... Free days and rest periods are not observed, 12h shifts without break, one is only exploited, and much more.... And we don't even start with the bad pay...

This works well in the company
0 (zero) %, there's really nothing good at all. The only positive thing is that - in the event of unemployment - you can bridge "blackout days" at the RAV and then end up with a psychiatrist and quickly become a disability pensioner.
This could be improved
100 % (i.e.: everything, from managers to team leaders in the alarm/operation centre in ZH (Altstetten) completely dismissed and hired by new team-capable personnel equipped with some social understanding. Send new employees to stop immediately. 50% pay increase. To reveal the full truth to the candidate in the interview (and not to lie to him as it has been so far: e.g. to inform him about the miserable mood and uncooperativeness in the team, especially in the Operations/Alarm Centre in Altstetten. Absolutely NO team cohesion exists, each one tries to reach the "career ladder" and the favour of the superiors on the shoulders of others. Leave the toilet in the central clean room (and not as dirty and unhygienic as before).
