The company has significant challenges that need to be overcome, and unfortunately these have existed for some time with no improvement in sight. There is always feedback and reports from outside that are not conducive. Projects often have a difficult start and it takes a long time before they can be completed. I often had to restart my tasks because there were always uncertainties. The team is okay, but there is considerable room for improvement at management level, which should pay more attention to the well-being of the company.
