This works well in the company
Experience shows that you can not and must not work like that. 10 and more hours (2-shift operation) were demanded, although a 40-hour week was signed in the contract. Without shift share. Free time management.
This could be improved
The employment contract and the first interviews were very good. But when you start and see the way you practice, you get rather a culture shock over! No suitable or existing documents. Which makes the whole thing extremely difficult.
