At AWB, you can work very independently and are supported accordingly. The working atmosphere is pleasant and I like the premises. The manners within the company are very friendly and collegial. The company cares about its employees and you can develop yourself well. I would recommend anyone to apply to AWB.

Due to the different locations, you unfortunately rarely see the employees from the other locations in person, only at company events.
