The companies that train with the BVZ have no idea of supervising or dealing with the learners. I did the first year of my apprenticeship in a parish secretary's office and was verbally harassed every day by the practice trainer. Nobody from the BVZ did anything about it, the responsible vocational training coordinator let me bite through, as there were no more jobs! The apprentice wage is also a joke
