No "ellbögeln", very pleasant working atmosphere. Rarely seen so well.

All within the scope of the possibilities of a foundation. Why should I use 60 characters for improvement potential here? If all teaching companies were so correct and all companies complied with the labour law, there would be no need for trade unions.

Meaningful work: Learners who do not have it so easy to find an apprenticeship are given a chance and can prove what they can do. Good working atmosphere, friendly colleagues, flexible working hours, appreciative supervisor

It would be nice if the awareness of the bvz was increased.

Modern and well managed company. The managing director always has an open ear for the employees. Progressive working conditions, great camaraderie, meaningful work. Go to work every morning with joy and enthusiasm.

The standardization of processes and work instruments can certainly be optimized. The company is currently in the midst of ISO certification. This will certainly lead to another leap in quality.

The working atmosphere and employment conditions are really great!

Surely there is always something to improve. Can't think of anything special right now. :-)

I think the rotation principle is a very good thing, because we as learners can see and do a lot. In case of ambiguities or problems, I can always contact my contact person at the bvz, who will always be of assistance. You get to know a lot of new people and more companies.

I have no room for improvement, because everything in my training fits as it should.

Very pleasant working environment, flexible working hours and optimal management style. It is great to accompany the young people during the apprenticeship.

I don't see any potential for improvement at the moment because I feel very comfortable in the company.

After my apprenticeship with my previous employer was terminated, I was allowed to complete the last year of my apprenticeship at the bvz. In my partner company I could see topics that exceeded the requirements of a commercial apprenticeship and bvz prepared me for the QV with internal and external courses. Also for my further career I got support from the bvz in the form of courses. When things didn't go so well for me privately, the bvz had great understanding and accompanied me through this time. I can only recommend an apprenticeship at the bvz.
