This works well in the company
Incredible team spirit. People support and appreciate each other as if they were living and working together in one big family. The company has its own bar on the premises - the LöschBAR, which is usually open on Thursday and Friday from (late) afternoon. It's a great way to end the day or the week. The bar is privately maintained by the GL and regularly used for aperos and various celebrations. It's great fun to be part of this Enterprise family!

I particularly like the working atmosphere. The interaction among each other is very friendly and professional at all times. There is a great appreciation for each other. We learn together from our mistakes and develop together. Feedback is always very welcome from everyone.

Due to the growth and various changes caused by the challenges of recent times, there is potential here and there to improve the internal organization. However, this is already being worked on intensively. Everyone is allowed to contribute their ideas and suggestions in order to achieve improvements in everyday work.
