The deadlines are tight, but leave enough time for fun and celebration; what there is neither time nor space for, however, is intrigue. Self-responsibility in one's own work is writ large; close supervision is only given when necessary. The bosses are easily accessible and human. Suggestions for improvement are gladly received, listened to and (if found to be good) implemented.
