I got to know ASSEPRO as an investment holding company that buys up insurance brokers throughout Switzerland. Accordingly, growth is at the forefront of the corporate strategy.

My experience at ASSEPRO Management AG is very good. Super working atmosphere all employees are very helpful and support where you need help. The other locations are also very friendly. You are treated very fairly.

I don't see any room for improvement as everything is run very professionally for me.

The recruitment process went very smoothly. I was always informed about news via HR or the future supervisor. Direct communication is high in the corporate culture. It is very pleasant to work with the employees, everyone stands up for the other.

On the whole, everything is going well. Improvements are listened to and implemented where possible.

The individual locations (except the headquarters in Pfäffikon) work very well and the climate is excellent.

Humanity is written very small, especially on the top floor. The main thing is to bring in money and if not you will be treated badly until you leave. Accordingly, the working atmosphere is cold to freezing cold and does not make you happy.

The team is strong, unsinkable mastodon! Very supportive and great corporate atmosphere!

Everything is good. Company can handle every type of work problems

The job description was clear and understandable in terms of tasks and requirements.

Recruiting is unfortunately very impersonal - you don't get any feedback for a long time and if you ask, you get the feeling of being unwanted. You should keep in mind that in a recruiting process you are advertising for the company. Unfortunately, that doesn't work well here.

Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Standorten ist gut. Man kann sich austauschen und alle tragen gerne mit ihrem wissen bei um zu helfen. Leider wird dies nicht von allen gefördert.

Fast leadership changes. The people in the management are exchanged and released very quickly. There are striking differences within the group in terms of efficiency and equipment. Many employees work a lot of overtime (approx. 20% of the annual total).
