The application process was professional and fast. I was invited over the phone for an interview. The interview was very pleasant and I got a good picture of the vacancy. I was then invited to a trial day and was thus able to gain many insights into everyday working life. After the trial day I received quick feedback and was allowed to start the job.

I experienced the application process positively. Currently I do not see any potential for improvement.

I felt very comfortable from the interview to the hiring and communication was always at eye level. As an employee, you are valued and taken seriously right from the start. During the introductory phase, a great deal of attention is paid to you and you are happy to take the time for explanations and questions.

I don't know of any yet. Possibly offer more apprenticeships.

When I had applied for an advertised position, I quickly received an answer, they wanted to invite me to the first interview.

Despite the communication "at eye level", which was propagated, I felt that the HR manager considered himself to be someone of the higher class. They gave me high hopes and afterwards I heard nothing more about the process for more than 1.5 months.

Flexible working hours after arrangement with the team is well possible. Good exchange among colleagues. Flat hierarchy, all per you. Employer also for 50+.

Agile working and possibility for home office promote even more.

The Churer team is super sympathetic, positioned and there is a very pleasant working atmosphere. (also the other offices are very cool people :)). It is a modern and successful company.

I didn't see any, because suggestions are constantly being discussed and implemented for the better.

The group management strives to promote the team spirit across all locations. Through a consistent "you" policy (also by telephone), an equal level is quickly built up even for employees who have not yet got to know each other personally. If you want, you can settle in very quickly and feel that you are a respected part. The know-how is immense. No matter which topic you need more information about, there is one or more contact persons who can help you. A huge plus, which is not at all self-evident! It's extremely promoted. Surely it is important that the will is noticeable again, but then a career within the group is absolutely possible and also desired. Further training is also part of this, not just internal training, but also federal degrees!

The differences between the locations are sometimes striking. Where some enjoy wonderfully air-conditioned rooms, others are plagued by the heat in attic floors. There would certainly be a need for action here. Not only to eliminate envy among the locations, but also to strengthen motivation and increase overall productivity. The great differences are of course also due to the structure of the group, but a certain equality would still be desirable.

Great team, flexible working hours, varied and exciting work, customer contact, you can work independently.

Work-Life Balance at ASSEPRO, no chance. Very high fluctuation rate, only a few remain long
