This works well in the company

A dynamic and fast-growing company that encourages its employees and places great value on personal initiative. Personally, I appreciate the cultivated flat hierarchy, which allows decisions to be made in the shortest possible way. It is definitely a challenging and varied company in a multicultural environment.

This could be improved

In a small company you have to be very flexible and then you need every single person, sometimes you have to do not only your own job. Therefore, Valemis AG is not suitable for such employees who prefer to work for themselves.
