I like the management style, I really enjoy going to work and appreciate the appreciation. The boss can be found in the bakery early in the morning and in the office late at night, he helps out everywhere and is very present in the departments. You also benefit from some goodies, which gives you an extra incentive.

What could be improved would be a consolidation or closer communication with the departments, which will be super with the new building.
