- Lots of missing parts. Component quality is saved. This means a lot of reworking which costs a lot of time and nerves. Have complete incoming inspection for components which in my opinion is not our responsibility as a customer but the responsibility of the supplier. -The wage is below the cantonal average. -unfriendly executive employee. -Saturday work is very common. -It was said that you get more loh. but this was delayed every time although the boss gave his word on it. That's how some employees feel. You get hope and in the end we look again in 3 months. but nothing happens. Unfair to employees.
